Depending on the type of blinds you have in your home; the level of difficulty in cleaning them will vary. Modern venetian blinds can be dusted and wiped down as required with little difficulty – permitted they’re made from a sturdy material such as timber. As a rule of thumb, the bigger the slats, the easier it will be to clean. Fabric blinds require a little more care and patience. Whilst they can be dusted down as required, after a while they’ll need a good clean. This usually requires removing the blind and applying a fabric cleaner to do the work.
